We dispatch the products after quality assurance. However, if you are not satisfied with the delivered products, we have following EXCHANGE and RETURN policy.
- We have no REFUND policy.
- The products must be in original packing with tags and hangers, unused, unwashed and clean.
- The products should reach ‘My baby.pk’ office within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery of products.
- Customer has to bear the expense of shipping in order to exchange products.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customer may cancel order before it is dispatched. Customer will receive confirmation of order via SMS and Email. Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the “Return & Exchange Policy” will apply.
